Welcome to my private studio. My name is Omar Martinez. I’m a professional double bass player and music educator based in Philadelphia, PA. From the concert stage, the orchestra pit, and in the teaching studio - it’s my joy to participate in the vibrant musical life of this city and the Northeast region.
I recommend weekly 1-hour lessons or 45-minute lessons for students who are serious about advancing their music skills. However, I understand the constraints of time and budget; we can work together to develop a plan that is flexible about the length and frequency of lessons.
